5-course Gourmet Vegan Meal Catered by Lady and the Shallot

Join NJveg and Vegan in NJ for a catered, gourmet 5-course vegan meal!  Lady and the Shallot is a completely vegan, gluten free, and nut free restaurant located inside the Trenton Farmers Market.

Our prior meals here were amazing, among the highlights of the year, and drew raves – including from one NJveg member, “The best meal I’ve ever had!”

This will be a seated, 5-course dinner.  The menu is curated by owners Francesca Avitto and Kate Wnek.

ONE: roasted garbanzo, sweet vidalia, toasted turmeric, toasted gremolata

TWO: chard, garlic confit, white bean puree, chili crisp

THREE: charred romaine, crisp tempeh, green goddess
